简介：

  用于橡塑和工程树脂的填充、共混、改性、氯化、和高吸水性树脂的加工。适用于生产PP、PE、PS、ABS、PA、PVC、POM、EVA、LCP、PET、PMMA等多种塑胶的再生及混色造粒。

Used for plastics， rubber and engineering resin’s filling， blending， modifying， chlorinating， polypropylene and super absorbent resin's processing. Suitable for recycling and mixing granulation of PP， PE， PS， ABS， PA，再生造粒机， PVC，  POM， EVA， LCP， PET， PMMA and other plastics.

     通常，热喂料挤出机是采用开炼机热炼供胶，造粒机，喂入的胶料已经具有较高的温度和较高的塑化程度。因而，热喂料挤出机的功能主要是进一步提高喂入胶料的温度和塑化程度，并实现连续挤出成形。

    在热喂料挤出机机筒螺杆系统中，胶料的状态没有明显的变化，同时，不同类型的胶料可以通过控制开炼机热炼的时间和条件来达到喂人胶料的要求。因此，造粒机模头，其对温度的控制在热喂料挤出机中本身并没有很严格的要求，所以热喂料挤出机很少使用温控装置。

工作原理：

  物料经过加料口，在旋转螺杆的作用下，被搓成团状并沿螺槽滚动前进，因螺杆的剪切、压缩与搅拌作用，物料受到进一步的混炼和塑化，温度和压力逐步升高，呈现出粘流状态，并以一定的压力和温度通过机头，后得到所需形状的制品。

Working principle: The material passes through the feeding port and is twisted into a dough shape and rolls along the screw groove under the action of the rotating screw. Due to the shearing， compression and stirring of the screw，橡胶造粒机， the material is further mixed and plasticized. With the temperature and pressure are gradually increased， the material exhibits a viscous flow state， and passes through the die at a certain pressure and temperature to finally obtain an article of a desired shape.
